We discuss how to store the dehydrated fruit, for the pantry and for long term storage. Dehydrating excess fruit when you are having an abundant growing season, (or they are a good price at the shop) is an easy way to preserve and you won't have any waste and you and your family can enjoy the fruit in the off season.
