How to sprout broccoli seeds in a mason jar, It is easy to do with a few simple steps.
To Sprout seeds - You will need
- Food grade Sprouting seeds - Broccoli, Kale or Alfalfa are good options for beginners because the seeds are smaller and they are easier than sprouting the bigger seeds.
- Clean Jar Cheese cloth or stocking
- Rubber band
- A bowl for the jar to drain into
