A ROSE VINEGAR, tension headache compress, is one of the natural remedies we use for tension headaches here at Moat Cottage.
Some of the other natural remedies we use are the Lavender bath salts, Lavender oil roller, rolled on the temples and on the spine of the neck, as well as a Lavender hot or cold, rice pack.
Rose Vinegar Compress Solution Recipe
Fill quart jar with Dried Rose Petals
2 Tablespoons of Rose Petal Powder (Blended dried rose petals)
White Vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar if you prefer)
Cotton cloth for compress
