Baked Cherry Custard - Egg Recipe
What to do with all of your fresh eggs, when the Ladies (Ducks and Chickens) have been busy laying.

Baked Egg Custard with Cherries.
Heat oven 180C / 360F
Grease a cooking dish
add a layer of Cherries
In a mixing bowl add 4 egg yolks
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup caster or cane sugar
1 1/2 cup thickened Cream
mix together with a fork and pour over cherries
Bake in oven for 30 - 40 minutes Keep an eye on it as all ovens vary
