It really doesn't seem long before your new ducklings are fully grown Muscovies and the Ladies are starting to lay their own eggs.
When they first start laying, I am not sure they have any idea what they are dong.
I find eggs all over the place and there can be some interesting eggs, like the shellless egg and super cute small eggs, but mostly they are just undersized eggs, which is probably a good thing for the newbie egg layer.
She will quickly realise what egg laying is and find a more suitable location for her eggs, some are even masters of hiding their eggs.
